We’re building an amazing team for a Contemporary Mexican Restaurant located in The Woodlands, Texas. We are looking for an experienced Barista with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Description
A The Woodlands-based Contemporary Mexican Restaurant is hiring a passionate Barista to join our Front of House team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for preparing high-quality beverages while providing outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Take beverage orders accurately and answer guest questions about coffee, beverages, and menu items.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee products, ingredients, preparation methods, and menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barista station throughout the shift.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
- Monitor inventory and communicate product or supply needs to management.
- Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain professionalism, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume periods.
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
What You Bring / Lo Que Tú Aportas
- Previous Barista experience, ideally in a restaurant, café, coffee shop, or other high-volume hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and basic coffee preparation techniques.
- Bilingual English/Spanish - ¡Hablamos tu idioma!
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
